Cancellation policy

Please take possession of your room before 6pm.
NO MONEY BACK WILL BE GARANTED FOR A LATE ARRIVAL AND/OR A HASTY DEPARTURE.
Modes of payment:
Cash and debit card payments are accepted.
Rooms are to be payed upon check in at the Inn.

Credit cards accepted :
Visa , American Express , Mastercard , Interac , Traveller’s cheques , Cash, Diners’ Club Reservation policy:

It is recommended to make a reservation for your stay.
In order to guarantee your reservation, a valid credit card with expiration date is requested.

N.B The time of check in is between 4pm and 10pm
N.B: the room(s) is (are) available from 4pm .

Cancellation policy :
Because we are a small inn, cancellations considerably affect our operation.We understand that emergencies can occur, but last minute cancellations don’t always give us time to rent the room.

Absence (no show) :
If the client is a no show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged on the credit card.

Cancellation - clause 1 :
If the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival, there will be no refund on the total amount of the reservation.

Cancellation - clause 2 :
If the reservation is cancelled between 14 days and 24 hours before arrival, a 50% penalty on th total amount of the reservation will be charged on the credit card.

Cancellation - clause 3 :
If the reservation is cancelled by e-mail you need our confirmation reception number. We accepted easily cancellation by phone.

Other conditions : The inn’s reception desk closes at 10 pm, please arrive before closing time. No late arrivals.
